Claire Choi (she/her) is a queer diasporic Korean filmmaker and spoken word poet. Choi specializes in editing, with interests in sound design and cinematography. 
Her films and spoken word have found recognition in the Twilight Showcase & Art Fest, Poetry Out Loud, KoreanAmericanStory ROAR Story Slam, and Tea Haus Poetry Series. She currently works as a production assistant with Sixty First Productions and has worked with the likes of Actuality Abroad, Salpuri US, Ain’t I a Woman Campaign, and the Asian American Arts Alliance.
 In crafting film and poetry, she learns how to build stronger communities through storytelling, amplifying the value of mundane everyday life and overlooked stories from underrepresented people.
